Packages, Pricing and Payment
Our prices may be shown on our website, in a proposal, on an invoice, or through a Stripe checkout page.
Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in GBP.
For example, a Social Spritz service package may include:
a monthly service fee;
an activation or setup fee;
optional additional services;
optional advertising budget paid separately by the client.
Payment must be made by the due date shown on the invoice, checkout page, or agreement.
We may use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to process payments securely. We do not control Stripe’s own terms, systems, or payment processing rules.
Activation Fees
Some services may include an activation fee or setup fee.
Activation fees may cover onboarding, account review, strategy setup, planning, initial preparation, project setup, creative direction, and internal admin.
Unless clearly stated otherwise in writing, activation fees are non-refundable once onboarding or setup work has started.
Monthly Services and Retainers
If you purchase a monthly service, your service may renew monthly unless cancelled in line with the cancellation terms provided at the time of purchase or in your client agreement.
You are responsible for making sure payment details are valid and payments are made on time.
If payment is late, missed, or fails, we may pause work until the outstanding balance is paid.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver our services properly, we may need you to provide certain information, materials, access, approvals, or feedback.
This may include:
access to social media accounts;
access to Google Business Profile;
brand assets such as logos, colours, fonts, photos, videos, and guidelines;
business information, offers, pricing, opening hours, and contact details;
timely approvals for content;
feedback on strategy, posts, campaigns, or creative work;
permission to use provided assets.
You are responsible for making sure all information and materials you provide are accurate, legal, and that you have permission to use them.
We are not responsible for delays, missed posts, campaign issues, or reduced service delivery caused by missing information, late approvals, lack of access, or delayed communication from you.
9. Content Approval
Where approval is required, we may send content, captions, creatives, or campaign materials for your review.
Once you approve content, you accept responsibility for its publication.
If you do not respond within a reasonable time, we may either delay publication or proceed based on the agreed strategy, depending on what has been agreed with you.
You must tell us as soon as possible if any content contains incorrect details, outdated information, pricing errors, offer changes, legal concerns, or anything you do not want published.
10. Advertising and Third-Party Platforms
Social Spritz may help with advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, or other platforms.
You understand that third-party platforms are outside our control.
We are not responsible for:
platform downtime;
rejected ads;
account restrictions;
algorithm changes;
changes to platform rules;
unexpected ad performance;
suspension of accounts;
changes in advertising costs;
tracking issues caused by third-party systems.
Unless stated otherwise, advertising spend is separate from our service fee and must be paid by you directly or added separately to your invoice.
11. No Guaranteed Results
We work to improve your online presence, content quality, visibility, consistency, and marketing activity.
However, we do not guarantee specific results, including:
sales;
bookings;
leads;
followers;
engagement levels;
revenue growth;
return on ad spend;
search rankings;
viral content;
customer enquiries.
Marketing performance depends on many factors, including your offer, location, pricing, customer service, competition, market demand, brand reputation, budget, and audience response.
Any examples or estimated outcomes are not promises or guarantees.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, copy, graphics, layouts, strategies, frameworks, website content, documents, and materials created by Social Spritz remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once you have paid all outstanding invoices, you may use the final approved content we create for your business as intended.
You may not resell, redistribute, copy, or claim ownership of our internal methods, templates, processes, documents, strategies, or frameworks without written permission.
Your own business assets, such as your logo, photos, videos, trademarks, and brand materials, remain yours.
13. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, you allow Social Spritz to reference your business as a client and display non-confidential examples of work we have created for you.
This may include use in:
our portfolio;
website examples;
case studies;
social media posts;
sales materials;
presentations.
We will not intentionally share confidential business information without permission.
14. Confidentiality
Both you and Social Spritz agree to keep confidential information private.
Confidential information may include business strategies, customer information, login details, pricing discussions, internal documents, campaign plans, or private communications.
This does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
15. Cancellations
Cancellation terms may depend on the service, package, and agreement you selected.
If you are on a rolling monthly service, you may need to give written notice before cancellation. The required notice period should be stated on your proposal, invoice, checkout page, or client agreement.
If a minimum term applies, you remain responsible for payments due during that minimum term unless we agree otherwise in writing.
To cancel a service, you must contact us in writing at:
info@socialspritzmarketing.com
For UK distance selling, businesses must provide certain pre-contract information to consumers, and some consumer service contracts may include a 14-day cancellation period. This is especially relevant if you sell online or to individuals/sole traders rather than only limited companies. UK Government guidance explains that cancellation rights and required information can apply to online and distance selling arrangements.
16. Refunds
Refunds are considered based on the service purchased, the work already completed, and the terms agreed at the time of purchase.
Unless required by law or agreed in writing:
completed work is not refundable;
activation fees are not refundable once setup work has started;
monthly service fees are not refundable once the service period has begun;
advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is not refundable by Social Spritz;
missed communication or delayed approvals from the client do not automatically create a refund right.
This does not affect any legal rights you may have.
17. Starting Work During a Cancellation Period
If you are legally entitled to a 14-day cancellation period and ask us to begin work before that period ends, you may be required to pay for the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.
Where applicable, we may ask you to confirm that you want us to start work immediately.
18. Late Payments
If a payment is late, we may:
pause the service;
stop scheduled work;
delay content creation or posting;
suspend advertising support;
withhold final files or deliverables;
charge reasonable admin or recovery costs where legally permitted.
We are not responsible for missed posting schedules, campaign delays, or service interruptions caused by late or failed payments.
19. Access to Accounts
You may need to give us access to your social media accounts, advertising accounts, Google Business Profile, website, or other relevant platforms.
You are responsible for ensuring that access is granted legally and safely.
We recommend you provide access through official platform permissions wherever possible, rather than sharing passwords directly.
You remain responsible for the ownership and security of your accounts.
20. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Social Spritz will not be liable for:
loss of profits;
loss of revenue;
loss of sales;
loss of business;
loss of contracts;
loss of anticipated savings;
loss of goodwill or reputation;
loss, damage, or corruption of data;
indirect, special, or consequential losses;
platform issues, restrictions, downtime, errors, account suspensions, algorithm changes, or policy changes outside our control;
failure to achieve any particular marketing, sales, revenue, engagement, lead generation, follower growth, booking, or advertising outcome;
delays, missed deadlines, or reduced service delivery caused by the client, late approvals, missing information, lack of access, third-party platforms, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Subject to the above, Social Spritz’s total liability for any claim relating to our website, services, agreement, or work provided will not exceed the total amount paid by the client to Social Spritz for the relevant service in the three months immediately before the claim arose, unless the law requires otherwise.
This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, misrepresentation, restitution, or otherwise.
21. Third-Party Links and Tools
Our website or services may include links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services.
We are not responsible for third-party websites, their content, their policies, or how they operate.
You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
22. Data Protection and Privacy
We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who we may share it with. The ICO says privacy information should be clear, easy to access, and explain things such as why data is processed, how long it is kept, and who it is shared with.
